So we were planning on waiting until the spring, but I just kept feeling like we should put the house on the market now. We haven't had much of any body look at it or show real interest in it yet, but we know this isn't prime buying time. It would be really great if we could get out of here before winter, but we aren't putting our eggs in that basket. I would be absolutely delighted if it sold in early spring. It was hard not too feel anxious and hopeful about it at first, but we've settled into the idea of it being for sale. James has always been seriously helpful with the cleaning, so it's really not overwhelming or that different than we were already living to keep it ready for a showing at a moment's notice. We are excited for this new chapter though.
