Jimmy's "man" time with Apollo. Apollo adores Jimmy. It looks like he's standing on him, but he's actually laying on him while he does homework...of course homework :(
Kaydence playing in the dog bowls...she thinks it's super funny to race over and get into the water before the dogs drink it all.
Sometimes we forget that the "mom" exists in pictures; I'm still here.
Brooklyn playing in the hat/glove basket. She's been into dressing up a lot lately.
Rylee (my 4 year old little sister) got to come over and play one day while Mom and Dad were shopping. Brooke and her were sitting like this watching Barney. I love what good little friends they have become.
This month was sort of eventful. Brooklyn went to the doctor and a specialist for a lump in her neck. It is midline along her esophagus closer to her chin...kind of right above where an Adam's apple would be on a man. It turns out that it is a Thyroglossal Dust Cyst. It's fairly common and is from her thyroid leaving a piece "behind" as she was developing, then a cyst formed on it. She goes back to the specialist in 3 months. She will most likely need to have it surgically removed, but as of right now as long as it doesn't get infected/inflammed, it's harmless. We also found out that my grandfather (my mom's dad) has only a few months left to live. He has tumors on his pancreas and liver plus type II diabetes. I say he's my grandpa and that makes him sound old but he's only 63. So we'll be busy in the next few months spending time with him.
We're all looking forward to this weekend. We have no plans (yay!) and are just going to relax and enjoy each other and our Easter.
