COZUMEL
Cozumel, Mexico was our first stop. We did a dolphin encounter at Chankanaab National Park. Jimmy had never touched a dolphin, and they are my favorite. Great day! (And family, no, I did not acquire a tattoo in Mexico...that is just a temporary one

Our favorite adventure was in Belize. We took an hour something bus ride inland and then a boat ride up the New River to Lamanai. Lamanai was one of the longest surviving Mayan locations. We walked through the jungle and saw the Mask, High and Jaguar temples... monkeys, a crocodile, and lots of birds. The High Temple is no joke! It is 10 stories high and takes you well above the jungle treetops. Definitely the most dangerous thing we did, but that's what made it the coolest!
