BREADSTICKS and CONFERENCE??

We went to Mom and Dad's house for General Conference this October.  General Conference is when our entire church worldwide comes together twice a year to listen to the leaders of our church speak via the internet or BYU station.  It is shown in each ward building, but because of technology, we can now watch it as a family in the comfort of our homes.  A couple of my favorite talks this year were "Of Regrets and Resolutions," by Elder Dieter Uchtdorf and "Becoming Goodly Parents," by Elder L. Tom Perry.  It's always a nice relaxing day with good food and a strong spiritual message.  All the girls helped Grandpa make breadsticks between sessions.  Haha, I could tell he doesn't cook with chidren very often!  Welcome to a mom's life, dude!  Cooking with children is DEFINITELY done for their benefit,
  not for the help :)
